These Terms govern access to and use of the Droplink platform.

Nature of the Service

Droplink is a SaaS platform for store connection, product research, order forwarding, threshold billing, credits, and referral workflows.

Droplink does not manufacture products, own inventory, operate warehouses, or perform physical shipping.

You remain responsible for your store, customer communication, tax duties, and legal compliance.

Eligibility and Business Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must use the service for lawful commercial activity.
  • You must comply with applicable ecommerce, tax, and consumer laws.

Subscription Plans and Fees

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.
  • Charges renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Included credits reset each billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Credit System

  • Credits reset according to the active plan rules.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Abuse or manipulation of the credit system may lead to suspension or termination.

Fulfillment and Threshold Billing

  • Order costs can accumulate in your account balance.
  • Threshold events may trigger automatic payment collection.
  • Failed payments may pause fulfillment or account access.
  • Droplink does not guarantee shipping time, supplier stock, or third-party availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droplink is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services.

Any total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid during the previous three months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, infrastructure, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of Droplink or its licensors.

Modifications

Droplink may update these Terms with reasonable notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
