These Terms govern access to and use of the Droplink platform.

Nature of the Service
Droplink is a SaaS platform that enables users to connect Shopify stores, research and import products, forward orders to fulfillment providers, manage automated billing thresholds, operate a credit system, and participate in a referral program.
Droplink does not:
- Manufacture products
- Own inventory
- Operate warehouses
- Handle physical shipping
- Act as a logistics provider
Users remain solely responsible for their Shopify store, customer communication, and legal compliance.
Eligibility and Business Use
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You operate as a commercial seller
- You comply with applicable tax and e-commerce laws
Subscription Plans and Fees
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Charges are automatic
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Credits reset each billing cycle unless stated otherwise
Credit System
- Credits reset each billing period
- Credits are non-transferable
- Credits have no cash value
- Abuse may result in suspension
Fulfillment and Threshold Billing
- Order costs accumulate in the account
- Threshold triggers automatic charge
- Failed payments may pause fulfillment
- No guarantee of delivery time or stock stability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- No liability for indirect damages
- No liability for profit loss
- No liability for third-party failures
Total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the previous three months.
Intellectual Property
All platform software, infrastructure, and content remain the exclusive property of Droplink.
Modifications
Droplink may modify these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
